Składka członkowska za rok kalendarzowy zależy od wielkości zatrudnienia na dzień 31 grudnia roku poprzedniego, ustalonego zgodnie z metodologią GUS, i wynosi odpowiednio:

• zatrudnienie poniżej 50 pracowników – 1200zł,
• zatrudnienie co najmniej 50 lecz mniej niż 300 pracowników – 2400zł,
• zatrudnienie 300 i więcej pracowników – 3600zł;

Pracodawca przystępujący do Związku wnosi kwotę wpisowego w wysokości 200 zł.
